  • What is your product philosophy?

    Olive & June believes in beautiful nails for everyone. We believe no matter who you are, where you live, what you do, or what you wear, you can have a perfect manicure that makes you feel like your best self. 

    Olive & June nail polishes are crafted to be a long-lasting formula with a base coat inside the polish! When you add our top coat, you should get 5 - 7+ days of wear. Our formula is vegan, cruelty-free and 7-free (excludes 7 potentially harmful ingredients commonly found in nail polish).

Our Products

  • What ingredients are in your products?

    At Olive & June we are all about creating the cleanest formulation possible without compromising on performance. That’s why we formulate to be “7-free” which means we are free of the seven harmful chemicals commonly found in nail polishes including dibutyl phthalate (DBP), toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, TPHP or xylene. Our formula is also vegan and cruelty free.

  • Do I need a base coat?

    You don’t! Our polish is formulated with the base coat already built-in. Some people like a sheer coat of EC underneath darker colors, but this is not necessary for everyone!

  • Does your remover take off gel?

    We don't recommend using our remover to remove gel polish. Pure acetone is needed to remove gel and our remover is acetone free. To remove gel polish, we went live with one of our manicurists who spilled all of the secrets. Watch it HERE.

  • Is the buffer the same grit on all sides?

    Yes! It’s a gentle grit that helps you not buff too much too quickly and can easily assist with cuticle care.

  • Why are the clippers flat?

    This is how you get every nail shape - square, squoval, round, almond, etc! Curved clippers push you into a curved shape automatically.

  • How often should you replace your clean up brush?

    The tools will tell you when it’s time for a replacement! You can always give it a little hair cut with the clippers for stray brushes, otherwise when you feel like it’s difficult to remove polish, it’s time for a new one!

Tips & Tricks

  • How do I give myself a manicure?

    We have some great resources on our site! Check out our Mani 101 guide. 

    We also recommend:

    1. Prep, prep, prep. Wipe down your nails with polish remover to dehydrate them before you apply polish.
    2. Make sure you are not using a separate base coat, as our polish has a built-in one.
    3. Sweep the polish and top coat over the tips of your nails to cap the ends.
    4. Clean up any polish that is on your cuticles, and make sure it is only on the nail itself. That will help prevent any peeling around your cuticles!
  • How do I achieve a smooth finish?

    We recommend these tips for the best smooth mani finish!

    - If you need to mix your polish, roll it between your hands rather than shaking it.
    - Prep your nails with nail polish remover, acetone, or alcohol to make sure the nail plates are clean and dry.
    -Start with a thin first coat and a thicker second. Thin coats help prevent bubbling!

  • How do I apply the nail stickers?

    Try these steps for applying our nail stickers!

    1. Apply stickers to polish that is completely dry (otherwise it will indent your polish).
    2. Press down firmly around the edges of the sticker. Tweezers can help with this and with the application!
    3. Seal with two thin coats of top coat.
    4. Top coat your nails every 2-3 days to keep your sticker mani looking fresh!
  • How long should I wait to apply lotion?

    We recommend waiting until the polish is completely dry, around the same time you apply Cuticle Serum!

  • How do I avoid chipping?

    Chipping always comes down to the prep! To make sure your mani can be long-lasting, make sure you’re avoiding hand washing during the prep steps, and avoiding showering right before you paint! Remove polish with the Nail Polish Remover Pot, and avoid touching your hair, towels, etc so no oil can transfer to your nail bed. Then, we always paint in 2-3 THIN coats while giving the coats at least 5-10 minutes of dry time in between coats. Seal with Super Glossy Top Coat and reapply every 2-3 days to really lock in the mani and keep it fresh!

  • How do I know what color will look good on me?

    We don’t believe in colors for certain skin tones. Choose whatever makes YOU happy and makes you feel good! If you ever want to see a color swatched by our team, you can watch the swatch show on IGTV to see all of our different shades!

Shipping, Delivery, & Returns

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We process most orders within 3-4 business days of receiving the order, Monday through Friday. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Due to the current pandemic, we have seen significant delays with FedEx and USPS. Their safety is our priority as we work with them to deliver these packages safely to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package ships. 

    In a rush? A small selection of our products are available at Target, for whenever you need O&J mani magic!

  • What shipping options do you offer?

    We offer free shipping on orders totaling $40.

    Shipping Method:

    Standard (5-10 days) Free

    Expedited (3-7 days) $8

    Canada standard shipping is $35 for any order.

    U.S. standard shipping is $4.95 for orders under $40.


  • Is there an expedited shipping option?

    Nail polish is considered a hazardous material therefore it can’t be expedited via air, but we do offer an expedited ground option (FedEx Home Delivery) which should get your package to you within 3 - 5 days after processing.

  • Do you have a gift note option?

    Yes! You can add a gift note when you check out for your order.

  • Where do you ship?

    Olive & June currently ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico due to shipping restrictions.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship internationally to Canada. All orders shipping to Canada are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Olive & June is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Paypal, and Amazon Pay.

  • Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?

  • Where do I enter my promo code?

    You can enter your promo code at checkout in the field labeled “Gift card or discount code” on the site.

    If you are shopping on a computer or laptop, the “Gift card or discount code” field will be towards the right hand side of the page once you begin checkout. 

    If you are shopping on a mobile device, you will see the “Gift card or discount code” field during the payment portion of your O&J transaction.

My Order

  • How do I track my order?

    Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder.

  • Can I change or edit my order?

    Our distribution center begins processing orders immediately, so unfortunately we cannot alter it after it is placed.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Our distribution center begins processing orders immediately, so unfortunately we cannot cancel it after it is placed. We are happy to send you a return label if you no longer require the order.

  • What if my package arrives damaged?

    Oh no! If your package was damaged during shipment, please take a picture and contact us immediately! We will always replace this for you.

  • My tracking link doesn’t have any information. Is something wrong?

    In a few cases, the shipping carrier takes a few business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact us.

  • My package is marked as delivered, but I can’t find it. What can I do?

    We hate when this happens! Please make sure you check your front door, neighbors and your mailbox. Some carriers may mark a package as delivered, but deliver it the following day. If it has been more than 24 hours, contact us and we will take care of it!

  • How do I sign up for your email list?

    Subscribe to our email list by checking the ‘Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers’ box during checkout. Be the first to know about exclusive promotions and updates.
