  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We process most orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, Monday through Friday! Orders arrive within 5-10 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package ships! 

  • What shipping options do you offer?

    We offer free shipping on orders totaling $45.

    Shipping Method:

    Standard (5-10 days) Free

    Expedited (3-7 days) $8

    Canada standard shipping is $35 for any order.

    U.S. standard shipping is $4.95 for orders under $45.

     

  • Where do you ship?

    Olive & June currently ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico due to shipping restrictions.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship internationally to Canada. All orders shipping to Canada are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Olive & June is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

  • Is there an expedited shipping option?

    Nail polish is considered a hazardous material therefore it can’t be expedited via air, but we do offer an expedited ground option (FedEx Home Delivery) which should get your package to you within 3 - 5 days after processing.

  • When will my order ship?

    We ship within 24 hours Monday - Friday, so it will be with you in no time! You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships letting you know it’s on the way.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit card payments (Master, Visa, Discover, American Express), Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Afterpay.



  • What is your return policy?

    We want you to love your Olive & June purchase! That's why we offer free returns within 30 days of your order. If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us in order to start the return process. You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges must be received within 30 days of placing your order.

  • I purchased Olive & June products from a store. Can I set up a return or exchange?

    We are not able to set up returns or exchanges for Olive & June products that were purchased outside of oliveandjune.com. Please contact the store where it was purchased to set up a return/exchange.

  • How do I initiate a return?

    To return your product, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns must be received within 30 days of placing your order.

  • Can I return an item to one of your salons?

    Our salons cannot accept returns. All returns must be processed through the mail. Please contact us to return an item.

  • How long will it take to process a return?

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after they are processed.

  • What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

    If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!
